Keeping in Shape for the Right Reasons
Do you ever wonder why some men keep in shape all their lives and other men lapse?
The main reason why some men have no problem finding the motivation to keep fit and healthy and to maintain a strong physique is because they are focusing on the benefits it gives to them and not others. That’s right, their not directly thinking about impressing anyone else including women, they enjoy the many positive feelings they get from exercising and they enjoy looking good for themselves.
As a real man and human being you should make a commitment to keep in good shape and enjoy the benefits that come from regular exercise. Keeping in shape with the right motive will dramatically reduce the chance of demotivation. Also prolonged exercise will dramatically boost your self confidence making you feel great and this will spur you on to keep working out.
The benefits of regular exercise are clear:

> More energy and less tiredness
> Less likely to get depressed, removes feelings of anxiety and instills more positivity
> Enables you to think more clearly and focus on your day to day life
> Regular sleeping patterns
These are just a few of the benefits of looking after your physical well being.
So whether you take a run, swim or play a sport 3-4 times a week (cardiovascular fitness) or work out with free weights set yourself achievable goals and be good to yourself everytime you find that motivation to work out! Feel proud that your taking action and getting fit!
With regards to goals, most people never set them or create any kind of plan for themselves and so they never really get into good habits. You should look to workout and exercise at a certain time of day and the same days every week. The morning is a great time to work out as it can leave you feeling fresh and motivated for the day ahead. Having a routine will eventually condition your body and mind to expect exercise on particular days and at specific times. This will make finding the motivation to do so, so much easier!
A Big Warning! Exercising purely as a means of attracting women will see you loose motivation quickly if your initial results do not improve.
A good figure will help with women but this comes more into play once a woman starts getting to know you in bed not before hand! View your body as a secret weapon to be unveiled at a later time, not as the be all and end all.
